It needs more testing, but from what I saw, it can break movement completely.

I was playing GMOD ZS, I hit my "act robot" bind by accident and after performing the lil action I was unable to move at all!
I tried other "act" commands and all of them end up making you unable to move at all. I tried to disable most of the stuff to no avail... Disabling BigPackets would allow me to move again but would break if I enabled it back. Only solution was to rejoin.

I did see that "Engine Prediction" always breaks jumping when you're a zombie. It randomly breaks when you're a human and it seems to bhop for you as well...
I was unable to confirm if "Engine Prediction" is also the thing that breaks movement when using any "act" command.

It also seems to break when you lie down on the ground as a zombine (Health regen + trapping) and get up again.
