Displays enemy's weapons

Is there able to be a certain GUI that pops up that shows the persons money and or things they have in their inventory?

Therefore you'd be able to mug him and see how much money you can take from him or you can even take his weapons or be aware of what weapons he has before you raid or attack him.

This could easily be done with ULX,
If KittoniuM is up for the task.
