Hello there.
While aimbotting in other games, with other trainers I am able to easily hold my thumb down (for people who have mouses with side buttons) and bomb, easy toggled aimbot. I currently for GMod, have my middle mouse bound, but it's a bit uncomfortable.
It shouldn't be too hard to recognise those two keys when pressed, should it?
