[GMOD] Block Screengrab Addons using clean Screenshot Images.

Most servers have knowledge over hackers and they know they're using some sort of anti-screengrab tools, they know when your screen is black or is randomized to hide your hacks, so a good idea to hide it is by using constant screenshots of your game moment with visuals/hacks disabled and when you get screengrabbed while using hacks it shows them the screen clean and without any suspicious data.

Anti-Screengrab already out in the latest update.
