Some games have aimbot that makes you spin crazy from outside, but you dont move at all from your view. Can you maybe make such thing?

Don't know what cheat you're talking about but if you're talking about the gmod one there is "shaking aimbot" (antiaim) in it last time i recall.

I believe you are talking about spin bot, and yes the gmod hack menu does have a spin bot feature.
