Well, if you're talking about BigPackets in Garry's Mod, it does his job very well. You won't get VAC for sure but you may get banned from few servers with advanced anti-cheat. I recommand you to try it on little servers then go further with populated servers if you are worried about getting banned. Personally, I only got banned 1 time so it's ok  :D

No one has been banned that im aware of. I doubt anyone ever will be.

I haven't been banned using the hack. Sure, I've been banned with others. But this one is special. It's undetectable unless someone actually knows what you're using or you're really obvious. So as with all hacks. Exercise caution.

it really depends on the game. If the game has bad anti cheat then low chance you will get banned unless someone is watching you play like a mod or admin.

Your not getting banned trust the community :D and if you get banned the reason is that you hacked obvious so dont hack obvious

You will not be banned on any server because the cheat is undetected and garry's mod does not have Vac ban

You won't get VAC banned but you go all out on server then they will ban you from their server.

You cannot get VAC banned on gmod, it is impossible. You are unable to be banned as VAC does not operate inside gmod.
