I always think that spamming is saying alot of useless stuff that doesn't help any conversation/forum thread, it is just there because someone wanted it to be there even though it doesn't do anything positive (Or negative in some cases)

I mean I don't spam- I just say stuff to the article that thus procreates it and adds to it- If people want to build up there post count just post about the thread and topic- its not that hard

its just people trying to get to the 10 post mark (like me), he just wants more board interaction which is alright but you will get many spammers, I would like more sit interaction too but forcing people isn't a great idea
