It has an anti screengrab however you can't be in fullscreen so I tend not to use it as you could just press insert to turn it off when it says someone is spectating you or when you're not using it

There is an anti-screengrab but this is a BETA version which don't work really good (your garry's mod may crash sometimes)

I think it clearly labels anti screen grab works in windowed mode and its unstable and it will crash a lot.

yes i think it does have anti screen grab so noone will see it when they specatate you
