Always trying to start gmod but it always crashs pls help me guys im so sad arghhhhh
i restarted my computer 10 times and update everything but it dont works

try to reinstall the game / remove all addons I think will help

Remove all addons, clear steam cache at all and reinstall gmod

I'd Think instead of reinstalling it would be easier to clean your addon folder along with cache, and then you verify the integrity of gmod rather than reinstalling completely.

just launch bigpackets, and wait a little before clicking on the game, for me it works
