So I wanted to ask you guys if I should get an mini-PCIE adapter to put in a new graphics card into my Laptop (the adapter has 16% Power Loss), or should I buy a completely new system which would cost much more (because of the Laptop I mentioned earlier).

Get an adapter and only the Graphics card.
Get a whole new system which is also more expensive.
Dunno anything about what you sayin' xD.
