is it me or when you open bigpackets iS IT SUPER FUCKING LOUD it hurts my ears pls fix

You can either deal with it or go to your volume mixer and turn bigpackets down all the way. TBH you can just deal with it  for 15 seconds until your gmod loads. :)

dude I've had to deal with it everyone has had to the best thing to do is to turn your volume down when you start up the hack

You can lower the volume of the sound in the headphones) will not be so loud
