An screen grab is an addon that servers have to print your screen and capture your screen with hack on it. So im guessing the anti part prevents that

So what Anti-Screengrab does is that it detects when someone is trying to screengrab and quickly turns off the hack and turns it back on simply, of course this is just what I believe not actually what it might be.

People (Admins) Screenshot the playerside view (your view) and so are able to see what you see.
Spectating someone does not provide a playerside view
Anti-screen grab just removes anything that shouldnt be there

anti screen grabs either show a false png or show a legit screenshot with the hack visuals removed

he makes an overly so its not drawn ingame, therefore engine screenshots dont catch it. downside is that it doesnt work fullscreen and has no mat effects like chams.

admins can screen grab your screen aka screen shot it and see all the esp and hacks that are on and will ban you :)
