Title: How do you get improved FPS?

Everytime I use a mod menu I really get a lot of lag spikes, if anyone can help me out that would be great

 To improve FPS on gmod when using hacks you would have to use a custom FPS boost config or a start up command line. These will improve your FPS by turning down the graphics which you would not usually be able to do in gmod using the normal settings.

A good idea to improve your FPS will be to turn of some of the ESP things or turn down your resolution on the game... Or you could to try run the game in windowed

i dont know but i just turn my settings to the lowest my doode. i hope this helps my main man

just change your config settings, cant remember them but just give them a google
