when I was playing on a server with an online of 79 people it was a zombie server and I off esp my teammates and sometimes pressed the insert button

or just don't turn on the esp but if you need ESP, I don't know.
try to set the minimum settings.

fps drops are almost always directly influenced by esp settings, try fiddling around with those

for a lower end pc, you could also look into getting windows 10 gamer edition. it has a lot of bloatware cut out and runs much faster!

if you do go that route and you need to activate windows, go with a program called kmspico. it'll activate it just fine and free

sorry one more thing, get kmspico only from mydigitallife forums, kmspico downloads from most other sites are usually virus infested

You need.
1. Go to Steam
2. Go to Library
3. Delete the Gmod.
4. PROFIT!!!

gmod is unoptimized garbage, add ESP to and already unstable game and rip your PC, simple solution get a godtier PC

You could turn the video resolution down or just run the game in windowed, thats helped me alot...
