So I play on a GMod server with Cake anticheat, and I was just wondering if the hack is or has ever been detected by it. I really just want to use the hack for ESP, because it's a DarkRP server, but if anyone knows whether or not it is detected by CAC.

CAC definitely doesn't detect this, so don't worry. It's totally fine for you to use CAC on it.

I am pretty sure CAC can't detect any visuals and in general it's hard to detect visuals
