Is this website full of nice people or mean people

There's mean and nice people, but, like, 80% of them are nice people.

This isn't a question you can just ask and get an answer to. You more need to watch and see for yourself. I am quite new to the forums so I can't comment on it. But I can only comment on the admins, which as I've seen from their posts they seem quite decent people, as in they actually care about keeping the forums clean and deliver a well working program.

Legal I believe, at least the ones I knew were cool.
There are enough people that despite the detail of the 10 mandatory posts do this because they want this page to grow
