Turn off ESP for friendly pickups and enemy pickups. That usually will give you a huge FPS boost.

Trying turning off non-player entities too, helps a bit.

You could try turning off enabling multicore rendering with gmod_mcore_test 1, alternatively here is a large list of console commands you can use to get better fps without modifying the hack

BigPackets forces gmod_mcore_test to 0, apparently not compatible with it on.
Use this:
https://bigpackets.com/forum/garrys-mod/boosting-fpsperformance-in-garry's-mod-guide/

Following that Steam Guide is suicide for Garry's Mod, -dxlevel 81 ( DirectX 8 ) will cause glitches with alot of addons and crashes, your flashlight won't work, etc.

I'd probably just stick to using the aimbot if you use a potato.

I'll be sure to test this out asap, hah. Thanks for the info
