Why only to gmod this cheat free?

I got a questiom why other cheats non-free, but for gmod only this cheat is free?

rlly dunno why, but i guess that it's 'cause gmod is older than the other games, and maybe it makes easier to hack, or a few people use cheat

Well i mean its probably just a creative choice in all honesty. But it's probably just because gmod isnt the hardest thing to hack now adays
