Any one knows how to make a server?

Does any one knows how to make a server well i know how to make it but i dont know how to make it so people that hawe cracked and bought Gmod could join

You could use Hamachi if you're using a cracked Garry's Mod, though pirating Gmod, or any game is illegal.

Download SteamCMD install gmod onto it host it tell your friends to get hamachi and you're good to go. There's many tutorials around just google it.
