Entities?

As you know there's the esp options but it doesn't give us the option to add our own entites to the entities list
For example it shows lets say printer 1
It wont show printer 2 because it's not in the list
What can i do about this?
i looked carefully and i couldn't find if there was such an option.

So very sorry didn't think it actually works because sometimes it crashes the games and sometimes it works.
