It's better not to change Fov in the cheat, there is not much of it and will not be.

Set fov_desired to 90 in the developer console.
For BigPackets, you could use a pretty high fov with tons of smoothing and have it activate only on firing to make it look legitimate.

Why do you need a bigger FOV to begin with? Played GM for years and never needed for it

The fov is so good for see other things in the game, i dont know how to use it...
