Where do i post the 10 Posts ?

I Really like the Public Hack

Used it, before it said
"10 Post and you can download it"

and cant login on the older version so thats why i ask where to post the 10 Posts ?
and what to write on them ?

I cant even use the public cheat yet because of the ten post and it bothers me alot
