You have to download css textures either by buying the game or looking up a youtube tutorial on how to install the textures for free

Most servers, if you haven't seen, have commands like !workshop,!steam,!errors and that will take you to there workshop page where you can manually download the addons for me this helps a lot because I still get errors when I load into servers.
