I don't have Garry's mod in the cheats list in my loader

As the title says, I don't see the free/public Gmod hack in my loader. Am I missing something?

Nevermind I figured I needed to use the 32bit process not the 64bit.
But another problem, how to show the cheat menu?
I pressed DEL but it shows only a shoutbox and an "Unknown WiFi" text. No idea how to get the menu of cheats. thanks
