is there a way to make bullets penetrate

so i wanted to know if it was possibly to make the bullet penetration so that you could shoot thro anything

i don't think this is possible, props and buildings have a set resistance to not be shot through.
fences can be shot through with ease, while the 2 thick plastic wall can't be at all.

i think m9k weapons are able to penetrate through walls
