Low fps on gmod when hacking, help

Title says it all, I don't know why fps is slowed down, would nice if someone could help. :P

maybe there are too many esps on the screen? try turning down your anti aliasing a bit.

pretty sure it might be the hack lowering your fps because of all the esp entities
