Possible to have an option to display rpname on esp aswell or instead of steam name
We used to have this a few years ago, but I disabled it because it was a detection vector, usuaully I try to keep things strictly engine based without messing with GMod's lua interface because of the extra ways they can detect it..
However, I will put your suggestion in a note, so watch for any future updates if I add it back.
For now, you can use the Playerlist/Shitlist, it also has the benefit of auto-save so you dont have to add them back in after restarting.
