It's impossible to get VAC banned unless you literally go out of your way to get VAC banned
So either way you wont be banned.

I think you can get vac banned but definetly not with this cheat and definetly not using luas the thing you should really worry about is getting banned from some servers by the admins themselves

Gmod has VAC but only a few early cheats are detected using big packets wont get you vac banned you're safe dude
