Use external cheats that aren't older than 4 weeks, and make sure they are updated for the newest version of GTAO.

What ShrapNyll said. Also, don't use free internal menus or cheap ones that no-one ever heard about. These are generally made with some cheap outdated-but-updated leaked hook ripoff that is detected.
