Big Packets has their own GTA 5 menu, might want someone to testify for it, otherwise I would not recommend sinister it got me banned in 5 hours. I'm not sure about anything else.

well, there a some good ones on youtube, but i would likely recommed to use only the new ones

I know a few good ones, but it varys on what your wanting on and or in the mod menu and or hacks. 
Depending on if you want oenw ith an aimbot an no name hider or name hider with very little hacks / mods.
