Thinkpad X220
- 3G and GPS WWAN card
- 5GB Ram
- Random Samsung 128GB SSD
- i5-2520m
- came with a Sanyo 9 cell battery, manufacture date 2011-11-13, first use date 2012-04, part number 42T4940
- Bought random chinese HSW 9 cell battery as a backup
- No fingerprint reader
- No bluetooth LED
- Replaced Keyboard
- Replaced AC power plug
- Replaced TN screen to LG IPS Screen
- Got it initially at $250 USD (?), came with 4GB Ram, 320GB HDD (bad deal... impulsive buy lol)
- Came with a lenovo 90W ac charger

Thinkpad X220T
- 4GB Ram
- i5-2520M
- Random 320GB HDD
- Dual USB3 expresscard
- Touchscreen
- Wacom pen
- Fingerprint Reader
- 6 cell battery
- Drilled a hole through the magnesium case to add a external RP-SMA wifi antenna
- Got it intiallity at $125 USD (Best offer) then reduced to $90 USD once supervisor password was discovered. UPS scammed me and charged me $50 CAD "Collect on Delivery" fees (never buying from sellers using that trash again...) came with 4GB Ram, no HDD
- Came with 90W lenovo ac charger

Thinkpad X230T (Current Main PC)
- 8GB Ram
- Samsung 850 EVO 256GB SSD
- Intel Core i5-3320M
- Ordered a russian/qwerty backlit keyboard for $41 USD
- Dual USB3 expresscard
- Touchscreen
- Wacom pen
- Fingerprint Reader
- 6 cell battery
- Got it intiallity at $95 USD (Best Offer) and maybe $35 USD shipping via Global Shipping Program on ebay
- Came with no charger, 4gb ram, HDD caddy but no hdd



Used the X220T for a few months, got X220T, used that for a few, needed battery life more... so I bought a better screen and started using the X220.

UPDATE: stopped using the x220, started using x220t again, then after a month ordered a x230t and here waiting for the backlit kb

I think my school used to use the Thinkpads, I loved the finger thing in the middle. But does it handle GMOD well?

How well can these handle game like overwatch gmod csgo etc? Compared to an average gaming pc, I could use a high end laptop because the only other one in the house is a dell from 2012 that takes 30 minutes to load the google homescreen

i have a really bad laptop with an intel core i3 and without a grphic card... you know that you laptop is shitty, when the school computers
have a better hardware....
