Opinions on the new GTX 1050 3GB

There's already a 2Gb GTX 1050, do you think releasing the 3GB model was the right move? Personally I dont think it is, when you have the 4gb model nad a better performing card for $20 more.

It fits a certain niche. Although small. Some people are poor. So it would be the perfect model for them

just by a 1050ti 4gb for a bit extra, it's worth the price and what i currently have and it runs most things on maximum quality

The price difference between the 1050 and the 1060 is so minute you may as well go for the 1060, I know you asked about the gtx 1050 however, the Price vs performance makes a huge diffrence

Honestly, a 1050 can get you by, but if you aren't in a rush to get a new gpu, hold out until you have enough for a 1060. That's what I would do at least, good luck with your PC
