Aimbot is the best on jail rp, grab the first gun tap every officer. Easy.

I don't think you can get VAC on GMOD + most gmod anticheats are no longer updated so it will most likely never be detected.

Just use ESP as minimal as possible, for example head dot only or like names only. Shouldn't be as tanky on your fps.

I have a somewhat decent PC, and I get trash FPS normally. The hack will obviously tank some FPS. But it shouldn't tank much with the right settings. (If you are playing on a populated server, and NEED ESP, Restrict it to like head dots only or names etc)

For me on my screen the aim looks like there is no aimbot, although when a friend spectates me they say it looks as if its flicking? Any way to fix?
