I'm not sure if it is big packets that is the problem but on some servers, I load into the server I get in a game but before I can move I have to load back(auto relogs me) in again I can't find any info online about this issue so I thought I might ask here

This hack is excellent it is by far the best hack for gmod I have used I used multiple before but they would either not work or get detected

Most servers, if you haven't seen, have commands like !workshop,!steam,!errors and that will take you to there workshop page where you can manually download the addons for me this helps a lot because I still get errors when I load into servers.

I have 1000 hours I used to play it a long time ago more but now I don't play as much but I started getting back into it its a game I can come back to because of the characters you find its hilarious
