Lithium can be detectable aswell by VAC because of it's source code or the cheat is blacklisted.. but what you can do maybe to avoid it is to use the VMProtect method. It worked before, but I don't know right now because I haven't tried a TF2 cheat in 2 years. 

There are some cheats that are free but some I've encountered are malicious. So be careful of what you're looking for.

nba2k right now is very broken, since i'm more interested about the game than fifa, even though I've never played NBA2k. A lot of Youtubers had talked about the game being broken and tbh, people are playing this game still for money or to troll other people maybe.

In my opinion, silent is more stealthy or less obvious than rage, if you want to get away from other players to call you out for cheating.. although Rage is more obvious and P and I like to use it when I want to get banned in some servers.))

DARKRP. Try Zarpgaming, because most admins tend to not do their role and lack their time management to do their job there.

Or just go to School Shooter RP servers I would admire, with rocket launchers.
