Garrys Mod / Any tips to improve FPS while the offical one is down?

got a great Pc can run any game on ultra but even low Gmod goes to like 10-20 fps with the hack on even with fps boost in config... Any gmod/BP savvy people who can give me some tips please? thx!

Where can one see the hack status? By 10 posts does it mean new topics, or do cooments/repiles count? thanks!
