One, make sure that antivirus is not blocking it and also make sure that when you right click and go to properties, there is not an option at the bottom right that says unblock, if there is, press it.

It all just depends on your specs, if you can run gmod normally, you can run gmod with the hack.

Yeah, it doesn't have anything that automaticlly detects it other than bhop if you do it constantly, but if you aimbot obviously then they will catch you. Only way to detect it is by watching someone.

I've had this a few times, what I did to fix it was redownloading. There was an update everytime that it had happened.

The bad thing with Smeg is that you need a bypasser for it though. Unless you are talking about a different external one. The Smeg that I used was internal and was lua. You had to run a console command to run the hack so sv_cheats 1 had to be on. But a bypasser could get by it, but I didn't care enough to find one XD.
