I tried a lot of settings however, the aimbot only really works with the magnum or shotgun, but it rarely hits (I put head and chest) any ideas what to do?

There is no No Spread in the synergy hack, but there is in HL2:DM and Garry's Mod.
You will have to wait for a synergy hack update where nospread is added

at the beginning I had a doubt. I cheat in almost all online games  in fact I know a lot of cheat teams and lot of launchers
But today after bought a Black Mesa on steam I'm looking on duckduck go about a cheat  with godmod aimbot / esp etc...
finally i find a ugly video with a link to your team.

I download the launcher to see if I will buy or not. But on my 4k screen the letters are so little (impossible to read it) and the .ini file is useless
Thanks for keeping my money safe.
Anyway, my first impression was good, In 1 year you will no longer exist

as I write in first I have a big experience with cheat teams and now I know the difference between good cheats and amateur's job.

This is run on a 3-display setup, which worked before. Now it doesn't work. Is this a BP update or a fault on GMod's end?

you are possibly running a different branch of garry's mod. BigPackets only supports the default branch..ie no 64bit..no chromium, no betas.

I like to use the chromium branch, due to servers using the Media Player addon, and yet, the hack won't work on any other branch beside the normal, the hack won't even boot up, any thoughts, or help?

Chromium is not supported, we only support the default gmod branch. Maybe x64 is next, but no chromium

This is because you do not have DirectX Redistributables installed.
