Cheaters and hackers are finding ways to stay more undetected and legit from human or artificial security. Staff and administrators are finding ways to implement the security on their property in an attempt to clean out those hackers. Bigpackets so far had been growing stronger on getting methods to hide the hack from multiple anti-cheats and spectators or witnesses.
However, this case is an urgent warning. SERIOUSGMOD servers seem to have multiple tools (not anti-cheats or screengrab tools) to detect any type of alternative accounts, as hackers are often reported through the forums by users with lots of evidence and the admins seem to study a lot from hackers who use aimbot/aimlock hacks and visual/wall hacks.
It is nothing new, but the real danger is what the staff from SERIOUSGMOD community is using to catch all accounts which are linked to mains that were banned previously; IP-Linking, Family Sharing Check, Possible Data HASH ID
Scanning, etc. Most of the reasons for globally and permanently banned players on the ban list are from EXCESSIVE HACKING OFFENSES and EXCESSIVE BAN EVASION OFFENSES / MULTIPLE ALTERNATIVE ACCOUNTS.
Just making a new account and buy or family share a game through it will not save you from getting caught BAN EVADING. It is not that simple, and SERIOUSGMOD servers aren't the only ones to own these types of seemingly illegal tools to catch hackers and ban evaders. This requires more work to make sure you remain undetected.
What you should know:
● Your account can be scanned and detect if it's running a family shared game.
● Your IP address can be scanned in-game.
● HASHID files can be hidden and scanned on your computer while in-game.
● Nobody can get information about your credentials, personal information or additional tools on your computer. They CAN know the name of your computer though, you need to change it to whatever you want.
● As of now, players have exaggeratedly advanced experience finding cheaters, even if they're being legit or not. Be aware.
Here's how the staff can find your account as an alt, these are few of the many tools that they use to catch alts:
HERE?S WHAT YOU MUST DO TO AVOID A BAN FOR BAN EVADING:
Format your PC/Reinstall Windows
1. Store all the files you need on a cloud storage website on your account (mega.nz or google drive)
2. After you finish storing all of the files you need. Format your computer to the point that it is left unused. ( This can help to clear out any hidden caches or HASHIDs in your computer)
3. Verify that the restore process is complete. After that, change the name of your computer through the system (if you don't understand how, search for a tutorial online.) then you can continue to work on your computer (or you can use a new one.).
Use a VPN [NECCESARY/IMPORTANT]
Before making a new account, it is obligatory that you use a VPN to hide or disguise your IP address in the process, it will help so that the account you make doesn't get linked to the old one you used.
NOTE: You can't use any old/rage accounts after this step.
DO NOT USE ANY OLD ACCOUNTS AFTER YOU RESTORED YOUR COMPUTER AND YOU START USING A VPN.
Set up a new account
1. Make a new account, you should use a different mail to make it.
2. Buy some steam wallets on your new account and buy the game you want to ban evade and some other games to make your account look more legit. If you buy only the game that you want to ban evade then you must set your profile to private which will make it look suspicious.
3. You MUST use your VPN to make sure that your account doesn't get linked to your old one?s IP address.
4. DO NOT just burst into playing back into the server you were banned on your old account. Just stay idle for just one or two full weeks to look like you actually played before and had experience playing it. Look up for HourBoostr or SingleBoostr, those tools are useful, they won?t help with achievements, but they will make you look like you actually played the game before.
WARNING:
● You cannot disable your VPN while playing in-game, otherwise, you will be IP-Linked and BANNED FOR BAN EVASION.
? Changing your VPN server many times, continuously or not, will result in admins suspecting you're trying to ban evade.
● You must not use your old accounts with your VPN enabled, this will cause the SAME CONSEQUENCE.
? You shouldn't even try logging once with your old account, seriously.
● You MUST use legit hack settings on your new account to make sure you don't get detected. ANTI-SCREENGRAB is also necessary. You must look like a common player, otherwise, people will start SUSPECTING and they'll eventually REPORT YOU!. Try turning off visuals and add radar only to know if players are near you or not.
● Getting banned for HACKING is as bad as being detected BAN EVADING. Play cautiously, leave a bit more of human advantage.
● Spectators will be very aware of you. ACT NATURAL.
● If you don't follow all of the necessary steps to make sure your account is protected, You will possibly lose everything and you may have to start over again.
Be aware of what staff is capable to do:
● IP Address Scan. (Use a VPN)
● Family Share Check. (Buy the game on a new account and disable any steam family sharing tools)
● Playtime Check. (You must look like you actually played before and did gain experience. Use Steam Idling tools or idle in-game)
? Screen grab. (Your hack must have anti-screengrab, otherwise, there's nothing you can do and you will get caught cheating eventually)
? HASHID Files. (Format your computer, or you can simply delete the cl.db file on the Garry?s Mod > garrysmod section. Delete the Data folder and client.vdf on the Garry?s Mod > cfg section, there's still risk that there are more hidden files around your computer, though.
● Screenshare (Rarely ever happens): When a member of staffs asks you for permission to access into your computer and check for any suspicious files or activity. (If you happen to get into this. Unload the hack from the game, Unfortunately, some hacks can?t be unloaded without quitting the game and risking a ban for administration denial, delete anything from your browser and online download history that has to do with hacking or cheating tools, delete any files that help you with any hacking process, keep your VPN open, you must keep it hidden somehow. Even if screenshare does not even happen, it is risky as hell as they would detect a huge amount of suspicious trails)
Simply they MUST NOT KNOW THAT:
? You're using a VPN.
? You have hack tools.
? You browse for cheats.
? You're ban evading.
● Spectating. (If you use very smooth and humanized legit bot settings and you play like you have no wall hacks or anything like that will keep you safe, give a bit of advantage for others and don't act too overpowered, but still, staff has learned a lot, so be careful)
If you want to do rage hacking gameplays, you must only play with your old account after you format your computer again and with no VPN, you must leave NO TRAILS that you were ban evading.
If you want to make gameplays that look legit enough so that people believe you're good and not cheating at all, you need your hack to be invisible to your game recording software, including the visuals, while they're shown on your screen and not in the recorder.
