So I am new (obviously) I downloaded the BpGmodFreeJuly5 and I run it and then open Gmod and press Insert i've done it at the main menu and in servers. nothing happens I also press del, nothing happens. What am I suppose to do, or am doing wrong lol.

You opened it, it played the noise and after you started your game it stayed open?

It should dissapear after u run your game.
then press insert to activate and delete key for menu.
