Loader does not want me to log in. (2508)

Every Firewall and Antivirus has been removed and disabled from my computer, I've typed my login information multiple times into the loader, and it still says I can't log in.

The loader shows itself just fine, but it WON'T log in no matter what I do. As if my account was locked.

I've had this a few times, what I did to fix it was redownloading. There was an update everytime that it had happened.
