WinRAR diagnostics message

    C:\Users\Austi\AppData\Local\Temp\BpGmodAutoUpdater.7z: Checksum error in BpGmodFreeJuly5.exe. The file is corrupt
this happens when i try starting up the mod for Gmod public mods Can anyone help?

Disable antivirus, extract to desktop instead of running it.

This isn't a fucking mod!!
