aimbot not working

Hello,
I tried a lot of settings however, the aimbot only really works with the magnum or shotgun, but it rarely hits (I put head and chest) any ideas what to do?

There is no No Spread in the synergy hack, but there is in HL2:DM and Garry's Mod.
You will have to wait for a synergy hack update where nospread is added

There is no demand for Synergy nospread.. not many people use that because HL2DM and GMod have nospread... but it seems like the engine could have little differences and I might just port over the nospread from HL2DM into Synergy without much effort.
