How is the anti cheat bypassed?

I'm not very good with coding my own hacks, and im not affraid of being banned im just curious how does it bypass the anticheat?

If your talking about CAC (Cake Anti Cheat) im pretty sure it only detects lua injections as far as im aware and for VAC that shit has been inactive for years
