[ALL] Re-work config system

I believe that it would be beneficial to rework the config system, making configs easily sharable and properly nameable. If you do so, add configs board onto the forums.

I just think it would be nice to have a little config selector and see:

legit.cfg
rage.cfg
hvh.cfg

etc. etc.
Let me know what you think.

[EDIT] It's limited to 3 and I've had some problems with loading them.

There is already a config name in the configs tab.
A possible addition could be showing all these different names, but I don't think it's really used anyway
